Pure Energy Fitness has been a lifesaver! Prior to the pandemic it was more than a fitness experience, it was also a social experience. Throughout the pandemic, it has virtually kept me fit and has given me much needed social interactions. I have met so many wonderful people and experienced many new things. Thank you to the PEF team and to the amazing members for being a huge, wonderful part of my life! ❤️

I tried Zumba about 8 years ago and I’m still going! Classes are so much fun. The music is fantastic and modifications are shown so everyone can work at their own level. There is no judgment, only support and encouragement. In addition to Zumba, Pure Energy Fitness now offers Pilates and Yoga. Linda and Mika are constantly learning and upgrading their skills so that they can help us reach our fitness goals. They also offer nutritional help. Pure Energy Fitness is more than a fitness club. Before the pandemic, there were lots of events to encourage social interaction and to sometimes try new things. Since the pandemic, Linda and her crew have adapted these events to the virtual world so that we can keep these connections going. I am so glad and grateful that I found Pure Energy Fitness!!

I recently celebrated a birthday and realized just how much I had improved in the last year, physically & emotionally. I started doing Zumba once per week approximately 11 months ago. I quickly became addicted and now attend approximately 3 times a week. It is said that in order to be successful at exercise & weight loss you have to find something you enjoy doing. I have truly found my bliss with Zumba! Linda is so inspirational! Linda’s energy and enthusiastic personality never fail to motivate me. I have met so many great women at Linda’s classes and truly feel that I have gained a “Zumba Family”. I have lost approximately 20 – 25 pounds, lowered my cholesterol and reduced my stress.
