Pure Energy Fitness is the best community that I have ever been part of! Because not only do I have happiness, good health, great friends who are supportive and uplifting, (in many ways!!), an awesome party always waiting to happen at every meeting (enter major endorphin boost!), endless hugs and high fives...I have a second family and something always and infinitely positive in my life!💖
So this is how Zumba (and Linda) has made me a better person! I had to go through the door, but I was so fortunate to come across it, like SO many that has opened for me since it all began!

This Zumba class is by far the best cardio workout combined with great music and a community of incredible people. Linda has the most energy I have ever witnessed and positivity flows from her so freely its infectious. I feel honoured and humbled to be part of the incredible mix of people this class has introduced me to, all with the same goal of fun, fitness and support for one another.
