I recently celebrated a birthday and realized just how much I had improved in the last year, physically & emotionally. I started doing Zumba once per week approximately 11 months ago. I quickly became addicted and now attend approximately 3 times a week. It is said that in order to be successful at exercise & weight loss you have to find something you enjoy doing. I have truly found my bliss with Zumba! Linda is so inspirational! Linda’s energy and enthusiastic personality never fail to motivate me. I have met so many great women at Linda’s classes and truly feel that I have gained a “Zumba Family”. I have lost approximately 20 – 25 pounds, lowered my cholesterol and reduced my stress.
